I followed the guide to test Demo, but it didn't work and came with 'RuntimeError: CUDA error: CUBLAS_STATUS_NOT_INITIALIZED when calling `cublasCreate(handle)'.
os:Windows10
torch:1.10.1
CUDA:11.3

I will appreciate if you can solve this problem
