Hi @folterj, The reason your email was unverified is because your account was not set up with 2FA. I have initiated an account recovery process and an email is being sent to the primary email address associated with your account. Please follow the instructions in that email and reply to it, and we will go from there. Thanks! |

Hi @folterj, Thanks for completing the verification process. The verification was successful! Your 2FA has been reset and a password reset has been issued. You should be able to regain access to your account after completing the password reset. Let us know if you have any more issues. Thanks. |

Reason for request
When trying to login, I received a message that I need to change my password. But a password-change email could not be sent as my email address was not confirmed (folterj@gmail.com). It seems extremely unlikely that I did not confirm my email address, but this is what your system claims. Re the question below, I never received recovery codes. I'm also very surprised I did not see the option to login using a github or google account.
Any help appreciated.
