Reason for request

I don'have accessing my account for many year. However I still have the access to my email but I forgot my password and when I request to reset the password I reacived an email with this: "However, the email used to make this request is not verified. Your email address must be verified before you can use it to reset your password."

Recovery Codes

  • I never generated or have lost access to the recovery codes for my account

  • I understand that it may take a significant amount of time to process my account recovery request.
