Many windows has a window title not translated
in Open/Save dialog file type and default file name (Untitled) are not localized.
Style window has all strings untranslated.
Other problem about strings truncated.

  1. CommandLineParameters window
  2. Python Versions dialog
  3. Python Path dialog
  4. Style selector dialog
  5. Project explorer dialog
  6. Displayed engine type in the interpreter window
  7. Message Dialog localization
  8. Tools localazation
  9. Page setup dialog
  10. IDE Options dialog

Updated default.pot. Translators need to translate additional/changed strings.
