Enhancement request:

Be able to make one Run Configuration the default so that this run 
configuration is used when using the main menu Run (Ctrl+F9) or Debug (F9) 
commands.
Right-click context menu on a run configuration should have a menu entry "Set 
as default". This should select the run configuration as the new default run 
configuration that will be executed by the main menu Run (Ctrl+F9) or Debug 
(F9) commands.
The currently selected default run configuration should be made visible e.g. by 
displaying the run configuration name in a different font style (bold or 
italic), or by adding the string "[default]" to it's name.
