Would be nice to be able to install without having to build.

This would help issues like: https://github.com/ghisvail/pyNFFT/issues/56 and https://github.com/ghisvail/pyNFFT/issues/16

This might be a good example of building wheels: https://github.com/skvark/opencv-python
