Massive CPU Usage

I just downloaded LMStudio to give it a try.
I have only added 1 repository so for - Codestral

When idol, the CPU usage is fine, but When I ask a question, the computer goes into overdrive, the fan speed picks up massively, the CPU temperature rises

As you can see from the attached pic, CPU usage is at nearly 47% which is massive for 1 single program. Even when idol it still has the highest CPU usage at 7.7%
