Livepeer's google analytics account needs to be switched to google analytics 4 for July 1, 2023.

This will impact properties used for google analytics, and may have impacts on google tag manager as well. Deadline for the switch is July 1, but we'd like it to be implemented before that so we can troubleshoot any issues. Thank you.
