Mifare Plus implementation is missing several features and has code duplication between its CardProviders and Mifare Classic implementation from which it should inherits from.

The code has been updated, and some part have been re-implemented.
However the support is limited to Security Level 0 (card configuration) and Security Level 1 (Mifare Classic backward compatible mode).

AES Auth SL1 is mostly ok.
However, security level switching doesn't work very well: it works ok with a SpringCard reader on Windows.

Support for SL2 and SL3 is not present. In SL3, only Authentication works.
