最新版的iOS系统版本怎么变成 Requires iOS 15.1 or later.了呢…… 我自己的iOS还停留在iOS14.8，更新不了最新版了

我看了下项目配置不是>=13就可以吗

以及使用的新系统的iPhone下载的最新版，似乎iOS端首页无法通过点击status bar返回顶部了，帖子详情页面还是可以的
