The lesscpy/scripts/compiler.py file (https://github.com/lesscpy/lesscpy/blob/38c5661/lesscpy/scripts/compiler.py#L26) hardcodes a version string as:

VERSION_STR = 'Lesscpy compiler 0.9h'

So running lesscpy --version always reports 0.9h even as the __version__ in https://github.com/lesscpy/lesscpy/blob/master/lesscpy/__init__.py has been updated through the years.
