Currently the basemap must be raster tiles. Vector tiles with a style should be supported as basemaps, too, in MapLibre.
It should also be possible to use vector tiles in a style that is used in the tiles and features resources.
Vector basemaps are frequently used, they are typically smaller and more versatile.
