Use plain gradale instead of amper for the time being

It seems that korge with 2.0.0-RC2 + korlibs with 1.9.23 is not right in the latest version of intellij. We need Kotlin 2.0.0-RC2 to start working on a kotlin plugin, so let's publish korlibs for 2.0.0-RC2.

We can try to read dependencies from the yaml files, but disable the amper plugin for now. So we can micro implement an amper plugin directly in the settings.gradle.kts and the build.gradle.kts
