Fcmfix似乎会让Athena发布空的通知

问题是否已知？需要提供其他内容吗

这个通知是fcm没有收到目标应用时的兜底提示，这个功能是fcmfix的右上角的代发通知。

发送者Athena是意料之外的已知bug，我是打算让android发的。
