When I clip an article, the filename is Configuration Files Details Notepad++ User Manual - httpsnpp-user-manual.org-2024-02-01 ... Notice the https in the url. The :// gets stripped out since they're illegal characters. But that still leaves http or https in the filename.

Ideally, https:// and http:// would be stripped out.
So the above filename would be Configuration Files Details Notepad++ User Manual - npp-user-manual.org-2024-02-01
