Steps to Reproduce

1.add feed url, gbk encoded website rss source，https://www.52pojie.cn/forum.php?mod=rss&fid=16;
2. After successful loading, garbled text is displayed

Expected behavior

gbk encoded website rss source decoding is not normal, display is messy code

I pulled down to refresh and found that it was displaying normally
