FWIW, deleting all docker images and pulling latest again did not solve the problem. Web still uses 10.8.0 while server is on 10.10.6. IOS app v1.6.1 is now showing connecting to 10.10.6 but does not have any Trickplay options. Just to confirm, I should be navigating to Admin -> Libraries -> Manage Library -> Trickplay, right? |

That's correct. Are you sure you have updated the web/image package? 10.8 is pretty old. You generally need to u 8000 pdate the server and the web package at the same time. |

I don't know how the docker image works, but Jellyfin splits the web server up from the backend server. They are generally separate packages in non docker installations. EG https://repo.jellyfin.org/?path=/server/debian/latest-stable/amd64 The difference is the web package contains the front end (website), the server package contains the actual server logic. You can technically update one without the other. In which case you end up in a situation like what you have, where the server version does not match the web client version. You can also run the web server separately from the backend server if you want. Yeah, ok makes sense. I'll look into what is actually in the docker container and try a couple things. I'll report back if I figure out what's going on. Definitely open if anyone else has thoughts. Thanks for your help this far |

I've been searching for official steps to enable Trickplay and haven't found too much. From what I've found, there's mention to navigate to Admin -> Playback and enable Trickkplay; however, I don't see any of those settings. Is there a minimum version in which these were added? My server is updated to
10.10.6but when I connect via my browser, it's showing version10.8.0even though the latest web version is also10.10.6.Thanks in advance
