My Arrow Lake platform has the following knob in BIOS:

CState Pre-Wake, possible values are: Enabled, Disabled.

However, pepc cstates info --cstate-prewake command tells that C-state prewake is not supported by my platform.

Please, add Arrow Lake support for the C-state prewake option.

Please, also adjust the error message so that it makes it clear that it is not necessarily that the platform does not support the feature, but it may be that pepc does not support the feature on a particular platform, and pepc needs to be improved.
