Notes: the SQLite CVE data is one of those where even if it says there are multiple versions affected, only one shows up in the data. For this checker to be really meaningful, we need to fix #1 or submit fixes for the nvd data so it accurately reflects which versions are affected.

Another note: the SQLite signatures for version numbers are based on the sha1 data associated with each release, which is unlike our other checkers (but hopefully less false positive prone!)
