If a user uploads a document using the Automatically Upload Document tab and returns to the Manually Upload Document tab without click Submit File first the user should receive a warning message that their "changes will be deleted if they do not submit the file before proceeding". Currently, the document name appears in the manual section even though the file has not been submitted.
