Describe your problem

I am trying to add a LLM, and as you can see in the following screenshot, the address I set as base_url is truncated when saving.

Specifically, the /ollama part is ignored, and by consequence as I push the 'OK' button I get the error:

Fail to access model(granite3.1-dense:8b).**ERROR**: 404 page not found

Where should I put it?
