In Windsurf, search for "heightmap" in the Rapier MCP documentation only returns integration instructions, not the actual API or documentation content for heightmaps.

I have tried some other IDES and I can't get this working with any of them. I tried Windsurf for this report. I configured according to instructions and asked to view heightmap docs on a rapier physics library. It's not working.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?
