Feature and motivation

We have now provided a minimal RBAC for a core platform only MAS install, we need to expand this and provide minimal RBAC that will enable a complete MAS installation with all applications and all dependencies included.

Usage example

Many customers do not wish to run install under the cluster-admin ClusterRole.
