PIA may have updated API??? #10
Comments
I had the same issue today, regenerated conf file and it's back working again. Not sure for how long though. |
[For unRaid community] I had to build a whole new VM. I use spaceinvaderone's IP tables to build an ubuntu VPN router using the wg0 interface and it was working so swell. After yesterday the router stopped working. I noticed that my server interface enp1s0 was being blocked from the public network. So... I ran "sudo iptables -S" showed two critical lines in the table were missing. I tried to update with missing lines but interface was still being blocked. So.. I had to build a new VM in order to generate a new .conf file from PIA before I was up again. |

Thank you so much for this but the thing is i want to do step by step guide on windows my router supports wireguard protocol but the thing is i dont know what to do on windows like the guide say navigate to folder where you placed pia-wg utility and when i manage to navigate to the folder with cd command it says requirement .txt not found |
The PIA file generation still works but the file generated seems to have stopped working as of 1/3/22 after working for about 4 months without issue. The description does mention that PIA could change their API at any moment and break things. Well, I think it happened. Thanks anyway for the solution up until today :). OpenVPN still works with PIA but hopefully we can get WG back going.
