My friend @ROFLailXGOD is trying to test his custom multiplayer game mode in GTA LCS. For this he is using a localhost session with 2 PPSSPP instances.
The problem is, that in v1.18.x, the PPSSPP instances lose connection when the multiplayer game is started.
VCS progresses a bit further - the player who joins loses connection, and in turn the host gets kicked since there are no players.
v1.17.1 release works.
What should happen
The multiplayer game should proceed.
