I am already connected to an account and when I solve a case, I still get this message

Note: You need an account to gain the XP reward for this case.

Reloading the page doesn't work. I use Chrome 133.0.6943.98 (Official Build) (64-bit) and I have no extension/setting blocking cookies or sessions

Hey @backslash057 this is not a bug but a lazy functionality on my end. I did not implement any logic to handle conditionally showing the message based on auth. You should still get the XP though if you are logged in. I will try to implement some logic in the upcoming days.
