Referring to issue #10499

I'm having the same problem, running hass.io 0.84.6 on RPI 3, new install.
Getting the same message Fatal DTLS error: code 20
Sometimes I get timeout submitting the IKEA code, sometimes the submit button just "clicks" and nothing happens. Yesterday the IKEA gw rebooted every 5 or 6 times I pressed the submit in hassio.

I am sure of the code, the IKEA gw has a dedicated IP in my router.
I've tried to restore gw, restart, dynamic IP, auto-discover in hass.io....
IKEA firmware is 1.4.15

Anyone? Please

Hi,

i think i got the same issue with a fresh installation of hass.io (home-assistant version: 0.86.4) when i try to submit the api key of the gateway in home-assistant i got the following log errors:

I have struggled with this before: You need to use a bar code scanner to get the API key, the one written in text on the gateway will not suffice.

My bad. There is indeed a printed security key on the gateway.
However it is NOT the bold numerical code in the format of XXX - XX - XXX, but a much longer code in small print consisting of letters and numbers.
