初回起動時に何らかのポート(UDP:5353?)をLISTENしようとするため、Windows環境では着信接続の許可を求められる。

許可しなくても動きそうなことを確認しました。
少なくともユーザーコードでは一切変な通信はしていないので、大丈夫だとは思います。
（一旦このIssueは開いたままにしておきます）
