Problem\nAs identified in issue #336, users struggle to understand core concepts like role shares, thanks tokens, and engagement periods, making the system difficult to use effectively.\n\n## Proposed Solution\nDevelop comprehensive onboarding materials and templates:\n\n1. Interactive tutorials for new users explaining:\n - Role Share concept (formerly Assist Credit)\n - Thanks Token usage\n - Engagement period tracking\n - Role coefficient system\n\n2. Pre-built templates for common workspace structures:\n - Software development team\n - Content creation team\n - Community management\n - Research group\n\n3. Guided setup wizards that help configure:\n - Initial roles and hierarchies\n - Suggested role coefficients\n - Reward distribution settings\n\n## Implementation Details\n- Create step-by-step tutorial components with highlighted UI elements\n- Build template selection menu with preview functionality\n- Implement guided setup wizard with intelligent defaults\n- Add FAQ sections addressing common questions about quantifying contributions\n\n## Expected Impact\n- Reduce user confusion about core concepts\n- Accelerate workspace setup time\n- Improve overall user experience and adoption\n\n## Related Issues\nPart of issue #336
