現状アシストクレジットはひとつのコントラクトですべてのワークスペースに対応している。
これをそれぞれのワークスペースでデプロイし、再度作り直せるようにしたい。

TimeframeHatsModuleと同様にモジュール化する
ワークスペースに紐づくモジュールを変更できるようにする。

理由として、ある期間だったあと再度1からスタートしたいことがある。そのときに、あるワークスペースだけ全員10000に戻してもらってる人をburnするのは難しい。
なので、コントラクトごと再度作れるようにすることで、リセットを容易にする。
