Description
Antag content windows don't resize
Steps to reproduce
- view traitor tips for most antags
- they are cut off and don't have a scroll bar
Expected Behavior
don't get cut off and ideally have a scroll bar

Those with less content work right:
Workarounds:
Scrolling the zoom size down and back (CTRL+Scroll Wheel) fixes the start, but you still can't vertically scroll
You can still resize the TGUI window to see all content
