Hello,

I have deployed Belenios on a VM container, and I am encountering an issue with the CAPTCHA, which is blocking user registration. I am using _run/etc/ocsigenserver.conf to launch belenios(), but I am not sure if this is the correct setup for a production environment.

Additionally, could you provide some guidance on configuring the MTA (Mail Transfer Agent) for email delivery?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @Lola969,

I can't help you with the captcha question (my organisation uses a different authentication method). Maybe you can try disabling captchas or add details about your problem. Perhaps someone else can help you.

Belenios uses the sendmail command. You can use the BELENIOS_SENDMAIL environment variable to control which script/command is used (defaults to /usr/lib/sendmail). I believe that configuring the MTA is outside the scope of belenios. My organisation uses exim4 as a relay to our central mail server. There is plenty of documentation online about configuring exim4 for your particular usecase.
