MindfulR  -  How App Store Review mining can boost growth, improve product and increase monetization

Please refer to my Medium Blog post

Have you ever got caught up in your overwhelmed train of thoughts? Have you wished to become more mindful and present?

Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, improve focus and create the right conditions for healthy, restful sleep. Training the mind is quite challenging than how many people imagined it to be. Hence, there has been a tremendous growth in the guided-meditation apps market to help people improve their mental health and get more mindfulness.

Stemming from my past experiences in 6 different meditation apps, I have always wondered which app to recommend to which types of audience. As each app has different content that address particularly niche problems in mental health that may differ from people to people. So I thought: “Why not mine data on app reviews to compare the apps?”. I have picked the top 6 meditation apps that are endorsed by App Store and by my own experiences to analyze - Headspace, Calm, Insight Timer, Oak, Meditation Studio, Shine.
