Using a stroom_proxy v7.1-beta.22 stack.

Running start.sh works but results in a message stating that lib/banner_proxy.txt does not exist. It doesn't, but lib/banner.txt does.

Running stop.sh works but warns that the HOST_IP variable is not set, but start.sh and show_config.sh both seem happy with it
