For the future analysis of WCD and neutrino data, one would need to know which type of observatory we are dealing with. For example, it would be useful to know if one should use alt=90deg or alt=-90deg for the zenith.
Currently, the observatories are only stored into a dictionary of EarthLocation and no metadata is associated to each key.
Describe the solution you'd like
Either we create an observatory class, or we create a dictionary of Observatories that contain for each key (== 'name') its 'type' (iact, wcd, neutrino) and its 'EarthLocation'.
