Fix the crash caused by inconsistent selection ranges.
Excerpt link format changes (backward compatibility)
- "/" in {FilePathOrDEVONthinkUUID} will not be percent-encoded
- Spaces in {ExcerptText} will be replaced by "+"
Fixed: excerpting actions on a selection can only be executed once.
Fixed: exit without useful error messages.
