Could be nice to integrate with Keybase just like Mastodon recently did:

IMHO the new polls feature from Mastodon would be more urgent :)

But I think for Keybase you need them to approve your instance. Only a few Mastodon instances are actually officially approved by Keybase.

Maybe a better idea would be to implement IndieWebs open-source solution? See:

(And while we are at it, Webmention support would be awesome as well).

There is a list of requirements, for example "5 members each; (...), a family or apartment website" won't be accepted.

rel=me links are a good idea regardless of Keybase. Profile links on major sites (GitHub, Twitter, GitLab) already add rel=me so it's easy to integrate. Mastodon also supports verification of rel=me links.
