In its current state, the extobfix.prg in the interface folder can't work when compiled by GNU-C. The callbacks that are exposed in the routines[] table need to use Pure-C calling convention, but currently use default (cdecl) calling convention.
It is also not installed, so won't be part of any package currently. I wonder whether it is needed at all, since the flags/states that are handled by cflib are similar to MagiC/Wdialog, thus the functionality should mostly already be provided by the magicdia/extobfix.prg program from IntrFace.
