A feature that I've absolutely loved about your software is the ability to use part of the screen as a source to stream to my zeDMD. I can select a region of a backglass, or zero in on a small OSD in Zaccaria, and stream the images onto my zeDMD. I have popper set to launch DMDext automatically with every Zac or EM table. I had been hanging back at ZeDMD version 3.4.1 pretty much forever because upgrading messed with the popper dmd display (now fixed). Then I upgraded for the new serum releases and realized that while they work beautifully, and I could also get better system performance with the new ZeDMD settings available, I lost my mirroring function. ZeDMD is at 5.1.7, DMDExt at 2.3.1, and the latest zedmd.dll downloaded. I use a shortcut to test DMDExt with the command (similar to what I use in popper)
C:\vPinball\VisualPinball\VPinMAME\dmdext_x64.exe mirror --source=screen --position 36 42 245 92 -p COM5 -d zedmd
Mind you, when I remove the -d zedmd command, the virtual DMD works perfectly and mirrors the display just fine. Also, the pinball tables themselves work perfectly, which is the most important after all. Also the ZeDMD is connected via usb and is not HD. The ESP32 is the older simpler version.
I tested every upgrade of ZeDMD and found that 5.0 is the first one that stopped working (for screen mirroring only, everything else worked fine with the right version of DMDext). DMDext launches in a terminal window, which I have to react quickly to see that it says the ZeDMD device is not found. No log is generated. mkalkbrenner seems to think based on the logs I shared when things work, that the issue is not the ZeDMD.
