As the title says, I'm wondering whether returning to auto management of fans after pwmX_enable=1 was set and pwmX was written to at some point is possible.
Right now, at clean-up of my program, I set pwmX_enable back to 2, which I suppose means BIOS controls the speeds (right?).
However, in reality, the fans stay at the last value of pwmX and the BIOS does not pick up managing them.
Is the behaviour I'm looking for possible, and if so, what am I doing wrong right now?
