根据官网描述，StringDataItem 中描述字符串长度的字段 utf16_size 使用 LBE128 编码，所以不一定只有一个字节，而 ParseDexUtils#getString 中对字符串解析直接使用第一个字节作为字符串长度，这样并不严谨
