limiting dragging to dragHandle is not followed on touch devices

I first noticed the issue when testing on Safari in iOS and iPadOS.
Using v0.3.3
But here is a replication video with mac Chrome as a touch device.
I am able to drag items by touching any part of the element not just the dragHandle.
There are also inconsistency with the ghost state getting stuck.
