Describe the bug
The Access tab cannot be saved when editing a form.
Version/Branch
master
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a form
  2. Edit Access tab
  3. Save access tab.
  4. The Save button not working.
  5. If the tab is reloaded, e.g. by pressing CNTR F5, then saving is possible. The Save button works.

I was not able to reproduce the issue in formio-server 9.3.0, formio 4.3.0. Please check the issue using these versions
