Follow up from #3801

currently the Lib/fontTools/unicodedata/Mirrored.py file is generated using some manual shell commands. Ideally we'd have this generated with the same python script used to build sibling Scripts.py. Blocks.py etc. from the latest UCD data files.

I agree, consolidating the generation of Mirrored.py into buildUCD.py alongside Scripts.py, Blocks.py, etc., would streamline the process and ensure consistency with the latest UCD data.
