Add support for creating a new conversation with some default model by passing the prompt per URL parameter (?q=).
This would allow us to use hollama as AI chat in Firefox with proper context menu integration.
Example URL:
http://localhost:5173/?q=Ich+bin+auf+der+Seite+%22%3CtabTitle%3ENew+Issue%3C%2FtabTitle%3E%22+und+habe+%22%3Cselection%3Ehollama%3C%2Fselection%3E%22+ausgew%C3%A4hlt.%0A%0ABitte+erkl%C3%A4re+die+Schl%C3%BCsselkonzepte+in+dieser+Auswahl+in+einfachen+Worten.+Gib+auch+Beispiele.
