Description
The fix/8 branch introduces changes that address issue #8 and downstream user concerns (e.g. catalyst-cooperative/pudl#3531). However, the changes made in this branch haven't been merged to main and were not included in the last release. I believe this was an accident, based on discussions in #8 and the release notes description.
Would you be able to merge fix/8 into main and re-release the package @fitnr?
