For archives (not ebooks): Add the option to skip "scanlation" files and seek "cover" files (see issue More intelligent determination of files to represent comic archives #43). "scanlation" files are often added to manga archives by "scanlation" groups, and the names often includes "credits", "recruit", "logo" and others.
Rework the manager. Addresses issue AZW3 in README but not listed in CBXManager #66, adds the scanlation/cover options, and now uses tooltips for explanation of the advanced options:
