Describe the feature

Im pointing chatgpt.gpt3.apiBaseUrl to an internal openAI for testing.

That instance do have an self sign certificate.
It would be nice to have a checkbox/option to turn off ssl verification.

from openai import OpenAI
import httpx
http_client = httpx.Client(verify="false")

The error i get from the plugin:

AI_APICallError
UNABLE_TO_VERIFY_LEAF_SIGNATURE
