German and QUERTZ, other Euro countries
Description
Right now the € (Euro currency symbol, constantly used around Europe) does not seem to have a place on the German and QWERTZ layouts. It should go as one of the secondary actions of the E key. This is super intuitive and also where it is placed on German computer keyboards.
#766 suggests to always replace $ (secondary of d) with the local currency. However € fits better under E.
This should apply to all countries participating in the Euro payment network.

I personally use QWERTZ instead of "German" because the umlauts (ä ö ü) eat up unnecessary display space while rarely used. They are much better (for me) as the secondary actions of a o u.
