Where can I download a PDF or other printable file containing the FoxyTab Help section. When I try to save as PDF and print page, all I can capture/print is the Preamble section. All other sections are invisible to the "Save as PDF" and "Print" processes. I can highlight and paste in Word BUT all the special formatting of the web page are lost.
